Ryan & Karyn’s wedding at the newish Guild Inn Estate in Scarborough was quite possibly the wildest wedding party I have ever been to – they had a dancing robot! Now, it’s ridiculously hard to describe what this entails, so just make sure you don’t gloss over the party shots at the end because it is absolutely awesome.
The day started off much more tame at the getting ready locations for the day. There, we were treated to the large wedding party on both sides that help keep the day fun and entertaining; filled with lots of candid moments that made it hard to pick just a few favourites for this blog post!
The ceremony was held at the St. Joseph’s Parish in Mississauga – an absolutely beautiful more recently built Catholic Church that made for great photos. The reaction of Ryan when Karyn was walking down the aisle was absolutely great and you can absolutely see the love they have for each other throughout the day.
After the ceremony we headed off to the Guild Inn Estate in Scarborough to do all the photos on the beautiful grounds. We had quick the change of weather throughout the day – from blizzard to sun, to overcast to clear skies at night time which allowed us to get what is quite possibly my favourite night photo of all time.
As I started off the blog – this party was off the charts. At least 20 people could dance – and I mean dance – like make me smile in amazement dance. Photos don’t do a lot of these moves justice but they were great. Everybody danced and danced and then the robot came. There was a staged power outage and this monstrosity of a robot came in and shook the place with a dry ice confetti gun.
Thanks so much for having me play a part of your big day and all the best!
