Alex & Shannon had their beautiful wedding at Piper’s Heath Golf Club. I have been to many golf clubs for weddings and this was one the best golf clubs I have been to. Back to that in a minute.
The ladies were getting ready at the bride’s parents house and we had an absolute blast in the morning taking photos and getting to know each other during the getting ready part – it’s obvious Shannon has lots of lovely friends who care for her deeply.
The ceremony area was tree covered and was in the shade that kept everything nice and cool on the hot summer day. The ceremony area is right near a lake and near a barn which both make for amazing photo locations. In addition the crew from Pieper’s Heath took as around on a guided golf cart tour to amazing locations for photos of the lovely couple.
The reception venue was great and had lots of windows which allowed us to capture the sunset as the speeches happened – in addition we had a spectacular sunset that we snuck out to capture. After some of the dancing shenanigans – and there was a lot of shenanigan – Alex & Shannon nailed their night shot.
